Family, traditions and changes…
From a young age, I was fascinated by everything happening in the kitchen—I had to be there for every baking, cooking, and frying session. This allowed me to learn a lot and inherit family recipes, which we pass down just like our antique porcelain.
However, when the problems with gluten and cow's milk appeared, we had to completely change our approach. After years of experimenting, we finally found a way to adapt traditional recipes while preserving their taste and texture—using only naturally gluten-free ingredients like buckwheat, corn, and rice.
Our naturally gluten- and dairy-free treats are reaching more and more people who want to enjoy great food without compromise. We are proud to have been part of prestigious events such as the British Chamber of Commerce gathering and a corporate event at the Pardubice racecourse.
Throughout 2024, you could also find us at the famous markets at Prague's Jiřák, where we were delighted to bring our baked goods to all lovers of quality and honest pastries.
Our sweet and savory treats are available in popular cafés such as Cukr café Blackulus, Café Mlýnek in Horoměřice, and we have also been featured in Café Crowd. We collaborate with the Království legrace project, the Hermína children's playroom in Pardubice, and many other businesses that share our passion for high-quality treats.
The truth is, food allergies are much more common and well-known today than they were a few generations ago. However, it can still be difficult to find food that meets your specific needs—whether gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, or a combination of these. That's why I'm here—to make sure your celebrations and events are tailored to your expectations while prioritizing your health.
